The ambiance in the dining area is pleasant and relaxing.

I was disappointed with the service during my stay. It took far too long to get our meals, and even basic requests felt ignored. Additionally, the location is significantly removed from the city center, making transport a hassle. The noise from families by the pool was a bit too much during the evening, disrupting the peace I was hoping for.

The historic building is beautiful, centered around a lovely courtyard. The hot spring-fed thermal pools were a huge highlight for me. The breakfast was plentiful, featuring generous portions and tasty options. I had a fantastic time relaxing and enjoying the serene atmosphere.

The rooftop pool was a game changer! It was heated and perfectly warm, I spent hours just soaking away stress. Plus, the staff were super accommodating, delivering a pool pack with a robe and cap directly to my room! !

It was just a perfect match for a whistle-stop in Cuenca with extraordinarily good value for money. The atmosphere was great, and I especially enjoyed lounging by the fireplace after a fantastic meal. Make sure to try the shrimp, avocado quinoa appetizer if you get the chance!
